Information processed or received by Sitra on the server includes account details needed for authentication, such as your email address, sign-in provider details, and basic profile information.

Billing plan state, profile data, and the minimum metadata needed to operate the service may also be processed on the server.

When you run AI organization or draft generation, the transcript text, note content, and extracted file text required for that request may be sent to our server and to OpenAI.

Core working content such as note originals, file originals, recording originals, transcript text, and local backup files is stored locally on your device by default.

Backup files are first written into the backup folder inside your device's app storage and do not leave the device unless you explicitly export or share them.

That local content is not automatically uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly export or share it, or use a feature that requires transmission such as an AI request.

In other words, Sitra is not designed for operators to routinely collect or browse your local source content from the server.

We use information to authenticate you, provide the service, generate AI results when requested, support backup and restore, reflect billing state, provide customer support, and improve reliability and security.

Sitra is designed to keep notes, files, recordings, and transcripts on device first whenever possible.

Some metadata or authentication-related information may still be processed on the server depending on the feature you choose to use.

Unless you explicitly export or share one, local backup files remain on your device or in the storage location you choose.

We may use Supabase, Apple, and Google for authentication, OpenAI for AI processing, and Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android for subscriptions and billing state management.

You can delete local content and request account deletion from inside the app. We remove relevant data within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law or necessary for dispute resolution.

Sitra가 서버에서 처리하거나 전달받는 정보에는 이메일, 로그인 제공자 정보, 이름 등 인증에 필요한 계정 정보가 포함됩니다.

결제 플랜 상태, 프로필 정보, 서비스 운영에 필요한 최소 메타데이터는 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

사용자가 AI 정리나 초안 생성을 실행할 때에는 해당 요청에 필요한 전사 텍스트, 메모 내용, 파일에서 추출된 텍스트 일부가 서버와 OpenAI로 전달될 수 있습니다.

메모 원문, 파일 원본, 녹음 원본, 전사 원문, 백업 파일 등 핵심 작업 콘텐츠는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.

백업 파일은 먼저 사용자의 기기 안 앱 저장공간의 backup 폴더에 저장되며, 사용자가 직접 내보내거나 공유하지 않는 한 기기 밖으로 이동하지 않습니다.

이러한 기기 내 콘텐츠는 사용자가 직접 내보내거나 공유하거나, AI 기능처럼 전송이 필요한 기능을 명시적으로 실행하지 않는 한 서버로 자동 업로드되지 않습니다.

즉, Sitra 운영자가 서버에서 사용자의 기기 안 원문 콘텐츠를 상시 열람하거나 수집하는 구조는 아닙니다.

계정 인증, 서비스 제공, AI 결과 생성, 백업 및 복원, 결제 상태 반영, 고객 지원, 보안 및 안정성 개선을 위해 정보를 사용합니다.

Sitra는 메모, 파일, 녹음, 전사 원문이 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에만 남도록 설계되었습니다.

다만 사용자가 선택한 기능에 따라 일부 메타데이터 또는 인증 관련 정보는 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

사용자가 직접 내보내거나 공유하지 않는 한, 백업 파일은 사용자의 기기 또는 사용자가 선택한 저장 위치에 머뭅니다.

인증에는 Supabase, Apple, Google을 사용할 수 있고, AI 처리에는 OpenAI, 구독 및 결제 상태 관리에는 iOS의 Apple App Store 또는 Android의 Google Play를 사용할 수 있습니다.

앱 안에서 기기에 저장된 콘텐츠 삭제와 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.

회원 탈퇴를 실행하면 서버에서는 인증 계정과 프로필, 상황, 할 일, 리소스, 일정, 초안 등 계정에 연결된 서버 데이터를 즉시 삭제 대상으로 처리합니다. 현재 사용 중인 기기에서도 저장된 메모, 파일, 녹음, 전사 콘텐츠를 함께 비웁니다.

다만 법적 의무, 분쟁 대응, Apple 또는 Google Play 같은 결제 제공자의 보관 정책에 따라 필요한 최소 결제 기록이나 로그는 별도로 남을 수 있습니다.
